We propose a mathematical model and method of its approximate solution for hydrodynamic flow induced by rotating magnetic field in a thrombosed channel filled by non-magnetic Newtonian liquid with an injected layer of a ferrofluid. The aim of this work is development of scientific background of a method of intensification of thrombolytics transport in thrombosed blood vessels.
