The work raises the issue of synthesizing materials with given electrodynamic parameters and solving the problem of electromagnetic compatibility (shielding and absorption of radiation), their study and application of the results in the modeling process. In paper, the influence of the mass fraction of carbon fiber content in the epoxy resin matrix on its electrodynamic properties in the frequency range of 5.6-8 GHz is considered. Experiments were carried out to compare the transmission and reflection coefficients through the layer with an electromagnetic model based on measurements. A multilayer epoxy resin structure has been created with different percentages of carbon fiber in each layer, which has shielding properties at low electromagnetic wave (EMW) reflection from one of the sample surfaces. For all studied samples, their digital twins were created. For them, the frequency dependences of the transmission and reflection of electromagnetic energy through the sample were obtained and then compared with the results of experimental measurements.
