The kinetic behavior of the low-temperature (200-400°C) oxidation of Ol'khovsk magnetite and Kachkanar titanium-magnetite concentrate were studied by the methods of physicochemical analysis. The kinetic parameters of the process were determined, and the features of titanomagnetite oxidation were considered. The data obtained was shown to be of great importance for studying the behavior of pellets of the materials considered during low-temperature reduction in a blast furnace.
