The existence of ordered structures in the system (Ni1-xPdx)4Mo is mainly restricted to the palladium concentration range (0.0≤x≤0.1). The resistivity, DTA and microstructural results suggest the presence of short-range order. The high-resistivity state might be associated with the effects of short-range order and the short free path length of carriers.
