The root-mean-square displacements of atoms in metals having fcc-structure of premelting are calculated at Tm in terms of the anharmonicity of crystal lattice vibrations. The obtained differences correlates with the separation of fcc metal melts in the groups carried out on the base of analysis of the structure parameters of liquid metals. It is shown that the structural characteristics of crystal lattice near by Tm indicate the features of atomic ordering liquid metals supporting relationship of liquid and solid states.
