Protective properties of aluminide coating on Ni alloy ChS-70VI are studied under high temperature and fused salt attacks. The coating was deposited by gas circulation technique with FeAl powder as Al source. The mechanisms of coating oxidation and corrosive fracture are considered. Aggressive gas components of diesel fuel combustion products decrease the strength and plasticity of the examined alloy.
