The possibility of production of aluminium-zirconium coatings on nickel and cobalt substrata by means of circulatory gas method was shown. The properties of these coatings were estimated. Samples of nickel corrosion - resistant ChN58KVTYuMB, ChN58KVTYuMBR alloys and low-chromium Zh6F alloy were used as substrata, on which in some experiments sublayer of Co-Cr-Al-Y or Ni-Cr-Al-Y was preliminary coated. Circulatory method was chosen for the possibility to realize the control of growth stage of aluminide and zirconium coating layers. Chemicothermal treatment was conducted at 950-1000° C in 3-6h in dependence on required coating thickness and its structural compositions. Then combined annealing in vacuum and in the air was carried out in the range 750-1050° C during 4h. Coatings obtained as compared to simple aluminide ones, possess high corrosion and thermal-cyclic and heat resistances and ensure growth of fatigue resistance. Microadditions of lanthanum permit to receive the greatest effect in stabilization of β-phase and tetragonal ZrO2 modification.
