Results of a comparative analysis of methods for determining the corrosion rate under the conditions of a water treatment path of a heat supply network are presented. It is shown that the corrosion rate can be estimated quite accurately in short time intervals (one to two days) using a resistive sensor, provided that the random measurement overshoots are smoothed out.
