The development and investigation results of wear resistance diffusion metallic coating from copper zinc and tin were presented. Coatings were deposited on surfaces in chloride molten salts. Formation mechanism of strength adhesive bond of coating with base was studied. Coating affected remedying sticking of treated metal particles on tool under plastic contact conditions as well as metal hardening. The prospects for using coatings during treatment under pressure such materials as stainless steels, titanium and aluminium alloys were revealed. Stainless steels, aluminium and titanium alloys were coated in chloride molten salts before their following plastic deformation. Specialized plating lines were created for pursuance of processes in practice.
