The processes of moistening, drying and pelletization of sintering charge materials and iron ore materials are discussed. A dependence between the conditions of sintering process and the degree of developing the oxidation-reduction processes is ascertained by computation methods. A new simple technique for calculation of charge material with the determination of solid fuel consumption is suggested. It is shown that the air specific consumption depends upon heat transfer conditions in bottom heating zone.
