High quality of steel tubes such as 08Kh18N10T, 12Kh18N10T, 12Kh18N12T, 03Kh17N14M3, 03Kh18N12, 02Kh17N14M2-IDD, 05Kh18N10T, 08Yu and tubes made of 29NK, 29NK-VI ferrous and titanium alloys is achieved by the choice of thermochemical treating techniques, the tool material and rational geometry and the optimization of drawing deformation-speed parameters. A relation is ascertained between adhesion fracture of metal surface layer in strain zone and combination of oxide films and sublubricating coating.
