INFLUENCE OF THERMOBEAM PROCESSING ON THERMOLUMINESCENCE AND OPTICALLY STIMULATED LUMINESCENCE PROPERTIES OF THE SOLID-STATE DETECTOR OF IONISING RADIATION ON THE BASIS OF ANION-DEFECTIVE CORUNDUM

In this paper TL and OSL-properties of detectors TLD-500K subjected to thermobeam processing in the temperature range from 50 to 800 °С are resulted. It is shown that increase in the intensity of TL and OSL signal in the peak is connected with intensive filling of the traps competing to basic - dosimetric traps at irradiation temperature of 300- 400 °С, and with change in concentration of the basic luminescence centers.
