The methodological basis of this work is the graph-competence model of the formation of competencies of engineers and technical specialists. This model is sufficiently universal for use both in the system of university education and for use in the system of training and certification of personnel at enterprises and organizations. The value of this approach is the possibility of translating, harmonizing and combining the requirements of the competencies of various employers and state educational standards. © 2023 Author(s).
