N2 - Speed jet-flame heating (JFH) results in several-fold fuel consumption reducing during run without load for metal heating, as well as cuts the lining repair expenditures and the duration of furnace leading to running regime. The furnaces, having such heating, are compact and ecologically safe, their production capacity is by a factor of 1.5-2 higher than that of the furnace with a traditional design. The use of JFH is the most effective in the furnaces with speed gas heating having the great heat fluxes and the high lining temperatures (carbon steel pipe heating).
