Carbon content effect in ZhS6U nickel alloy in the limits of sort composition on transition temperature of melt into equilibrium state and structure of cast metal is studied. The temperature dependences permit to reveal the sigmoid character of changing electric resistance with temperature rise and noncoincidence of heating and cooling polyterms after achievement of definite temperatures. Quasi-chemical version of melt structure model is suggested.
