The proposed approach should be used within the framework of inter-departmental research teams (IDRT) consisting of qualified subject teachers who is a customers and task managers, and it specialists of the University who is a developers, whose joint activity is to develop, pilot operation, adjust and implement EER in the educational process of the University. If the University trains future programmers, it is quite appropriate to involve them in developing an EER. Such activities will strengthen interdisciplinary relations and activate the scientific work of both customer departments and developer departments. {\textcopyright} 2023 Author(s).",
