In this paper we have applied diamond anvil cell technique to study the formation of new states in metals, alloys and nanostructured materials directly during severe plastic deformations (pressure range 15 - 50 GPa, room temperature). As sensitive properties we use thermo electromotive force and arbitrary heat transfer. We report results of the investigation of the beta titanium alloy Ti-15V-3Cr-3Al-3Sn.
