The impedance of the radial surface diffusion of species adsorbed at a solid electrode is studied. The equivalent circuit is determined, along with the frequency dependences of the impedance's components. The adsorption effect on the equivalent circuit is allowed for. The applicability of the proposed model for the description of frequency characteristics of the impedance of platinum electrode in a borosilicate melt is validated.
