A new algorithm of detailed seismic catalogue information processing has been worked out using kinematic and dynamic characteristics of deformation waves, which propagate with different velocities in a rock massif under heavy influence of single blasts and technological explosions. It is estimated that the waves, which propagate with the velocities from 10 to 1 m/hour are primary energy carriers in the massif promoting its release. Events, which occur in the massive with these velocities releasing energy less than 104 Joules result in the creep rebuilding of the massif. Events, which occur in the massive with these waves releasing energy more than 105 Joules can be used as burst precursory and it is recommended taking them into account by explosions correction in the indicated part of the massif. The whole absence of such events indicates growing the stress massif state in the mine as a whole. The received joint information from the seismic catalogue is very significant for dangerous events forecasting in the stressed rock. It is developed an algorithm of rock shocks treatment in the rock massif. In addition, we focused our attention on the process of preparing the resonance energy release, which includes not only the direct impact of heavy dynamic events, but consistent effect of weak energy responses, which in turn manifest themselves as tremors contributing to the preparation of the resonance ejection. We used informative signs of preparation of high-dynamic phenomena: the lag time of response to man-made effects and volume of formation of a mining strike focus in the form of gradation distances from the intended focus. The resulting combined information from seismic data catalogue is important for the prediction of hazards.
