Any system is good to the extend how expected results correspond to the actually received. It seems logical to take results of the participant for the last 1-2 months, however, in this case these results correspond to the isolated micro tournaments, when the system of the linear equations has no decision. For overcoming this situation, it is necessary to create "mask" of results from hypothetical results.
