Due to the high frequency of oncological diseases active search and testing of new medicines and protectors for combined use with cytostatics is conducted. As protectors different substances and connections can act, including not the last place is taken among them by extracts of medicinal plants. Medicinal effects can be not only in the main effect, but also side effects such as toxic and genotoxic. Such a negative influence can be changed by using treads in the form of extracts of medicinal plants. The work used Achillea millefolium L. in concentrations of 5 %, 7.5 % and 10 % relative to exposure to etoposide. Determined a decrease in LD by co-using 5 % of extract and etoposide in comporise with both the control group and the group after exposure to etoposide. Genotoxic manifestations in the extract in 5 % concentration were not found.
