In ZnO:Fe, ZnO:Mn, ZnO:V single crystals, the effect of irradiation with light with an energy of 1.32 - 3.0 eV on the EPR spectra of Fe3+ and Mn2+ centers was studied. In ZnO:Fe and ZnO:V, the appearance of O- hole centers localized near 7Li+ ions in the positions of Zn2+ ions was observed, accompanied by the charge exchange Fe3+ → Fe2+. In ZnO:Mn, upon illumination, a change in the structure of the spectrum of forbidden Mn2+ transitions was detected.
