The article presents a study of the introduction of HR analytics technologies into the practice of a Russian telecommunications company, which examines the problems of developing and embedding HR data analytics methods and tools into the human resource management system. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the author's approach to the interpretation and refinement of the concept of HR analytics.The author's interpretation of HR analytics is proposed based on a review and generalization of scientific and analytical publications of researchers devoted to general and particular issues of the development of Russian human data analytics. The practical significance of the study is due to the results of the analysis of empirical data obtained by the authors during expert interviews and personnel questionnaires, as well as the development of individual elements of the HR analytics subsystem and algorithms for their implementation in the organization.
