It is substantiated that in the conditions of considerable decrease in marginality of enterprises` operation in investment and construction industry of Russia, it is necessary to reduce costs (in particular, through introduction of BIM technologies). Particular attention in this work is paid to the systems of automation of budget documentation release on BIM model. The authors present the analysis results of the sets of regulations in the field of information modeling in construction industry, which allows determining the general principles of using the technologies that regulate requirements and rules to program interfaces of both data exchange and pricing.
