The temperature dependences of structure-sensitive properties of the alloy EP962P have been studied. The influence of maximum melt heating temperature and the melt cooling rate in the liquid state have been investigated. Based on the results of the analysis the mode of powder spraying by rotating electrode has been proposed. The proposed technology of powder production improves its quality.
