By the methods of macro- and microstructural, diffraction analyses, mechanical tensile tests the structure and proper- ties of the extrusion pipe from Ti-3Al-2.5V alloy intended for the subsequent cold rolling were studied. The extrusion pipe was produced according to the scheme: expansion on vertical press  molding on horizontal press. It is shown that at expansion of pierced shell, the structure and phase structure did not undergo essential changes in comparison with an initial hot-rolled semi-finished product in two-phase (α+β)-area. Extrusion in the recommended temperature range provided formation of rather homogeneous, well worked macro- microstructures from tangential basic texture of α-phase and producing in extrusion pipes from Ti-3Al-2.5V alloy of complex of mechanical characteristics necessary for carrying out the subsequent cold rolling which is used at the final stages of producing pipes on TREX technology.
