Special attention is paid to the formation of a team of medical employees who were able to ensure the functioning of the medical care system in the vast territory of the mining Urals. In the middle of the XVIII century . Yekaterinburg, Perm, Gorobrazdatsky and Nerchinsky hospitals provided medical care to employees of state-owned manufactories and nearby settlements, which allows us to assert that the formation of the mining medical infrastructure in the Urals was completed by the end of the second third of the XVIII century.
