The article continues contemporary researches describing interaction between homily and opposite axiological view in booklore of intermediate time (17th century). In the article anonymous homilist’s (the author of the manuscript Statir) confrontation to views implying denial of the all-out Resurrection and disbelief in Christ’s theanthropic origin is analyzed. Clerical masters referred to this subject multiple times: Ephraim the Syrian, John Chrysostom, Theophilactus the Bulgarian concentrated in detail in their sermons. The author of the sermon on heretics rest on its logic and cases. The consideration of the text reveals author’s interest towards folk religiosity, analogy method use and creative independence in framing of exposure. The system of cases in the sermon based on joining of prosiness and bible mythology are described. Publication of the handwritten sermon from the manuscript Statir firstly applied in science is prepared.
