Variety of carbon materials ensures in recent decades a wide field of fundamental and applied studies. The newest modifications of carbon including nanodiamonds, graphene, fullerenes, and nanotubes are of particular interest in view of their unique physicochemical properties and possibilities of applications in various fields of industry from medicine to nanoelectronics. At the same time, one-dimensional forms of carbon predicted as early as in the 1960s were underestimated because of the imperfection of experimental methods [1–3]
