This article is devoted to the analysis of idea strivings of immigrants in France after the Second World War. On the materials of the newspaper «Soviet patriot» released in Paris the historical and philosophical basics of «soviet patriotism» are characterized, which became one of the crucial phenomena of spiritual atmosphere of Russian Paris of the first post-war years. The authors show contradictoriness of idea views of «soviet patriots». They use elements of Slavophil doctrine appealing to idea heritage of F. M. Dostoevsky; the figures of Union of Soviet Patriots (USP) in France used some theses in their argumentation typical for soviet propaganda of «late Stalinism» time. Statement of continuity between historical Russia and the Soviet Union, the statement that USSR respects Russian spiritual heritage were distinctive elements of USP ideology. The authors of the article show that crucial for «soviet patriots»-immigrants was strive for «social truth», as they thought, which could be expressed only in Stalin's Soviet Union.
