This article raises the problem of differentiation of scientific and philosophical analysis in the process of determining the carrier of social relations. The specificity of the modern social subject, which has a fundamentally different way of inclusion in culture, is revealed and substantiated. As an example of the transformation of inculturation, the mechanism of booktrailing is investigated and its reverse effect on the state of the quality of human capital is evidently traced. The fundamental differences in the characteristics of human capital in the philosophical and managerial approach to the analysis of the state of productive forces are considered in detail. As a result of the analysis, the dependence of the efficiency of the use of the category “human capital” in interdisciplinary research is proved. Special attention is paid to the correlation of methods of philosophy and methods of management science (on the example of SWOT-analysis)in the mechanisms of determining the social subject in the aspect of the unity of its inculturation and reproduction of social relations.
