In the context of the development of new classes of materials, aluminum alloys remain ones of the most widely used in the aircraft industry. AK4-1ch alloy has an optimum combination of mechanical and corrosion properties, processing characteristics and long-term performances and it is used in the aircraft industry as the main structural material in the form of sheets, plates, open forgings and die forgings. The results of studies of different conditions for heat treatment of 1.0 mm thick clad sheets made of industrial AK4-1ch alloy are presented. The data obtained make it possible to develop a stable technology for production of clad sheets from Ak4-1ch alloy in the delivery state T (T1).
