The induction installation for heating of the die equipment for a vertical hydraulic press with a force of 300 MN for stamping of aircraft drum wheels is considered. The regularities of the effect of temperature deformation regimes on the structure and mechanical properties of finished products in the technology for the production of aluminum 2014 alloy stampings are described. The results of metallographic control of mechanical properties, macrostructure, fracture structure and microstructure of stamping of an aviation drum wheel made of 2014 alloy are presented.
