"The issue of improving the searching fingers of the conveyor of the pick-up combine harvester "ACROS-530", aimed to improve the quality of the process of selection of the roll of bread of the weight and reduce the amount of grain loss, is an important scientific and applied task. In the present work were investigated searching the surface of the spring finger conveyor belts picker combine harvester "ACROS-530". The article reviewed the analysis of the interaction between the spring fingers of the conveyor belt of the pick-up roll with the bread mass. This was highlighted in phase interaction of the spring finger with a bread roll and lot of work periods of the conveyor belt for her turn. The results of the analysis of the interaction between the spring fingers of the conveyor belt pick-up with bread mass roll demonstrates the feasibility of decreasing the negative effect of centrifugal force, which seek to reset the crop roll with a spring finger. Practically this can be achieved by increasing the area of contact of the spring finger from the grain mass, through education of the annular coil at its working length. Therefore, in the future it is necessary to consider the change of geometrical parameters of annular coils on the working length of the spring finger conveyor belt of a pick-up adapter combine harvester "ACROS-530"."
