The article is devoted to the history of Russian political emigration in East Asia during the Cold War. The author focuses on the activities of members of the anti-communist People's Labor Union in Japan and Korea. The article proves that the intelligence services of the United States and the countries of the region sought to use the anti-Soviet sentiments of Russian emigrants for own political purposes.
