The review examines publication of the three articles written by researchers from Moscow and St. Petersburg on the manuscripts of St. Paisius (Velichkovsky), his disciples and followers. These papers were presented at the Scientific Readings organized by the Saint Petersburg mission of the monastery Optina Hermitage on November 26, 2017. The publication contains answers to the most important questions about the identification and research of the manuscript heritage of this ascetic.
