This article reviews existing in the Russian and international practice of the methods of cost ac counting and calculation of cost of production, including from the point of view of their applicability for constructioncompanies. In addition, the authors developed an algorithm for the management of the construction order to ef fectively manage expenses at the stage of conclusion and implementation of construction contracts.
