То obtain desired penetration when welding narrowed (дар) of cutting, and thus ensure the required quality of the weld joint, it is necessary to adjust settings for the welding electrode depending on the position in the cutting. Determined that for a given electrode penetration when moving from the center to the edge of the cutting is necessary to change the welding current at a certain relationship, since the displacement of the electrode from the center to the edge of the cutting welding current is increased on average by 20 %. Such an increase in the welding current when the electrode to the edge shift increases with decreasing angle of cutting edges. Established dependencies can be used as elements of the welding current control programs in the design and manufacture of systems for adaptive welding of hull structures in shielding gases with transverse vibrations.
