The possibility of a standard calculation of the torque transmitted by an end magnetic coupling made of dual high-coercive permanent magnets of 4,5 mm thick, made of samarium and cobalt, is considered. The range of changes in the air gap between the magnets in the coupling halves is 5-20 mm. Research has obtained a correction factor for calculating the torque transmitted by a coupling made of dual thin magnets.
