During acoustic monitoring at a fixed frequency in a layered medium with the inclusions of the hierarchical structure, there are responses with additional frequencies of fluid-saturated hierarchical inclusions. Many ripples of different periods and amplitudes illustrate the complex internal structure of turbulent flows, sharply different in this respect from laminar flows. Thus, turbulent flows have a much greater ability to transmit a pulse and therefore in many cases have a much greater force effect on solid body streamlined by liquid or gas. Due to the presence of internal heterogeneities, turbulent flows are able to dispel sound and electromagnetic waves passing through the liquid or gas and cause fluctuations to their amplitudes and phases. The listed properties of turbulent flows can be very significant for many problems of natural science and technology. For a quantitative study of these effects, an algorithm was developed in the form of an iterative process of solving a direct problem for this work. We considered a more detailed effect of the turbulent movement of the fluid that causes acoustic emission in a tank containing fluid-saturated inclusions of the hierarchical type. The simulation results can be used when conducting monitoring studies of fluid recovery control of oil fields.
