Now high-tech industries belong to one of the most dynamic segments of world economy. One of main methods of integration of the companies in this industry are mergers and acquisitions. In this research the main indicators determining deal value are revealed using econometric methods, and also there is their ranging and a numerical assessment on the database of mergers and acquisitions which have closed from 1997 for 2012 (5507 deals). The conclusion about availability of stable nonlinear relation between values of some financial performance and transaction cost is drawn.
