The article is devoted to the activities of Russian emigrants living in the USA in the initial period of the Cold War, who adhered to leftist political views. The source base for the article was the materials of the Russian-language newspaper Vestnik, which was published in Toronto (Canada). The political views of this group of Russian emigrants are characterized, their sympathies towards the Soviet Union are proved. Particular attention is paid to their assessments of the international processes of the Cold War era.
