The article is devoted to the study of normative documents of UNO in the field of economy ecologization as well as to the most recent achievements in the sphere of economic and social progress indicators system adjustment. The authors provide the analysis results of the activity aimed at economy ecologization in the Russian Federation and Sverdlovsk region as well as justification of prospects and effects of transition to green economy at the regional level.
