History shows that in its most difficult moments, Russia has repeatedly made a breakthrough into the future of all mankind under the banner of the great dream. As the old geopolitics became a thing of the past, a new geopolitics of the unipolar world was born, the need arose for the geopolitics of the multipolar world and time management, that is, sky politics or time politics as the regulation of social cycles by means of dreams. It is necessary to pass through the national idea and social ideologies to the scientific understanding of society. Knowledge of the world in images, a reflection of the world by means of art, mastering the world with dreams is an aspect of human cognition, but it is not a science. It is difficult to apply scientific systematic work to dreams and dreams as the production of ideas, but practice as a criterion of truth proves the truth and the worldliness of the social dream. The Russian Federation in the realization of the dream should become a historical Russia, or Greater Eurasia.
