The article is devoted to an application based on a simulation system-dynamic model. The most optimal method to integrate a model into an external system is the export as a program code. This code can be embedded in external information systems or run as a standalone application. The method was tested on the system-dynamic model describing the municipal entrepreneurial network. The result is a java application that can be used as a decision-making support tool. It has all the advantages of the classic system-dynamic model. The application makes it possible to track the dynamic changes in network communications, taking into account various initial parameters. In addition, it shows network composition and structure in an easy form. This helps to make the most optimal decision regarding commodity-money relations inside and outside the network. The application can be runned regardless of the simulation environment on the user’s computer. This means that it does not have the main disadvantage of simulation models. The proposed application has broad development prospects. In future it may become an information system basis. This system will allow making management decisions based on the calculations results, which means they will be more efficient.
