A clinical case of ischemic stroke in a child aged 13 years and a his mother at the age of 28 years against the background of carriage of polymorphisms of the thrombophilia genes and folate cycle is described. The dynamics of the clinical picture and the data of laboratory and instrumental examination methods during the 7-year follow-up is shown.
