A method for increasing the efficiency of operation of refractories of steel-pouring ladles in the conditions of JSC “STZ” by optimizing the lining scheme is considered. Testing a new calculation scheme made it possible to reduce the cost of ladle refractories by 20%, increasing the efficiency of using linings and ladles in the open air by up to 50%.
