Formation of the image of the vessel moving on an uneasy water surface by the radar with the synthesized aperture is considered. Influence of mutual indefinite relocation of the coherent reflection centers caused by roving and rolling, on distortions of the radar image and on its sizes restriction when using one reference function bound to the target center is analyzed.
