The subject of this article is the possibility of using information modeling technologies in the system of investment project management in construction and optimization of engineering and economic solutions during project implementation. The study identified the advantages of using information model technologies at the stage of design, evaluation of project effi y, construction and operation of the construction project. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the use of BIM-technologies in the implementation of the investment construction project can significantly improve the quality of the project, as well as reduce the time and cost of its implementation.
