The material presented here is an attempt to describe the prospects for the use of visual sources in the reconstruction of the history and stories of everyday memory. Certain methodological approaches to the study of the past, of course, represent the current trends in the diverse landscape of modern historical research. Current trends of massivization history discussed in detail in the: the emergence of mass communication networks provoked not only multiplying exponentially personal testimonies, but also the rapid transformation of the history of professional field set to inherit non-professional. Describing the observed changes are reliance on research now classic works of theorists of history memory, everyday life and fashion. Consequence of the “visual turn” was a departure from different areas of the historic community of the text as the main source which determines the human being in his past, to the image, taking on the functions that previously belonged to the word as part of the text. In the XXI century visual source is more convenient and relevant zeitgeist tool to recreate the paintings of the past, in this paper we prove the examples belonging to the realm of history and stories of everyday memory.
